Tenders are invited for Provision of Services on Green Hiking Etiquettes Campaign in the Countryside of Hong Kong
Collection of Tender Document (Time & Place) : Tender documents can be obtained during office hours (9:00 am - 5:30 pm) from Monday to Friday (exclude Saturday and Public Holiday) at Supplies Section of Environmental Protection Department at 5/F., Chinachem Exchange Square, 1 Hoi Wan Street, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong [Tel. No. (852) 2963 9472/2963 9460; Fax No. (852) 2856 5587]
Tender Closing Date : 12:00 noon on Thursday, 16 December 2021 Submission of tenders : Completed Tender Documents and all accompanying documents must be completed, signed in THREE identical copies (one original and two copies) and enclosed in a sealed plain envelope marked “Tender for the Provision of Services on Green Hiking Etiquettes Campaign in the Countryside of Hong Kong (Ref. CI 21094)“ (but should not bear any indication which may relate the tender to the tenderer), addressed to the Chairman, Tender Opening Committee, Government Logistics Department and deposited in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated on the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 12:00 noon (Hong Kong Time) on 16 December 2021. Late tenders will not be accepted. In the event that tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning signal is in effect or “extreme conditions after super typhoons” announced by the Government is/are in force at any time between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon on 16 December 2021, the tender closing time will be postponed to 12.00 noon on the first working day after the tropical cyclone signal No.8 is lowered or the black rainstorm signal or “extreme conditions after super typhoons” announced by the Government has ceased to be in effect. In case of blockage of the public access to the location of the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on 16 December 2021, the Government will announce extension of the tender closing time until further notice. Following removal of the blockage, the Government will announce the extended tender closing time as soon as practicable.
