Description:

3.1 Services Required
Under the direct supervision of the ODIHR Project Manager and Project Communications Officer, the developer will play a crucial role in creating the reporting platform and app with the following requirements:

Layout and writing of the proposal for the development of the reporting platform and app;

Expertise on the issue of addressing anti-Semitism, discrimination, and human rights, and the impact of manifestations of intolerance;

Expertise in developing and programming reporting platforms;

Capability to provide experts on the topic of combating anti-Semitism, discrimination and promotion of human rights;

Capability to create and deliver the final product in qualitative and timely manners;

Providing an experienced manager for the development of the platform/app;

Providing the experienced team for the development of the platform/app;

Providing experienced programmers for the development of the platform/app;

Designing and adhering to a monthly reporting system;

Designing and adhering to a quality assurance plan which includes key performance indicators.
