EcoSys EPC is F4E-s Project Cost Management system used for cost forecasting and budget management. The following services are required: - Creation of new business processes, coding, layouts, workflows and configurations. - Designing data structures, dashboards, layouts and workflows within EcoSys EPC to support F4E-s PM processes. - Testing and documenting coding, layouts, workflows and configurations created. - Optimisation of cost control procedures. - Optimisation of the cost month-end close out process. - Carrying out global operations, data import / exports and administrative tasks. - Training F4E-s users in the use of EcoSys EPC. - Organising the cost data structure inside EcoSys EPC. - Create documents to be used as a reference for F4E-s use of EcoSys EPC. - Optimisation of EcoSys system performance and database volume monitoring. - EcoSys technical issue resolution. - Support for the installation and test of software updates and upgrades. The Specific Contracts for provision of these services have a minimum duration of one month. Tasks may be carried out by junior or senior analysts as required.
