The Urban Development Corporation invites eligible bidder to submit a bid for the provision of Private Security Services for the Ocean Village Shopping Centre in St. Ann, for a period of two (2) years. The scope of security services will include, but not limited to, perimeter security designed to exclude intruders, static security at specific entrance and exit points on the boundaries of the properties, preventive security (inclusive where necessary the searching of personal effects and vehicles of workers and visitors), security dispersal to minimize theft and vandalism of properties and controlled security to deal with unforeseen situations involving hostility or violence. The security team will also be required to enforce parking regulations, where applicable
