Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of PPP Transaction Advisory Services for the Construction of 300 Staff Houses, Recreation Facility and Shopping Complex for the Malawi University of Science and Technology (must) in Thyolo
The Public Private Partnership Commission (PPPC) now invites eligible consulting firms

(“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should

provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience

to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:

(a) The firm shall have a demonstrable experience of at least seven (7) years of providing similar services, that is, PPP detailed feasibility studies and PPP Procurement support, to either the public or private sectors or both. (b) The firm shall demonstrate having Knowledge of the African operating environment as it affects the implementing of PPPs in office accommodation transactions. (c) The team shall provide evidence of a proven track record in successfully transacting PPPs in the ranges of US $30 million and above in the past seven (7) years in various sectors. (d) The firm should demonstrate having a solid team of professionals in the relevant areas such as housing and recreation facilities with relevant PPP and project finance experience, PPP procurement and structuring, legal and regulatory expertise, facilities management, construction and maintenance of commercial and personal real estate and recreational facilities, including civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying and conducting feasibility studies.
