The townsville hospital and health service (thhs) seeks quotations from established and experienced entities with the qualifications, capacity, skills and experience to provide a range of specialised services not provided by thhs`s in-house orthotics service including: custom-made footwear, modifications to medical grade and other footwear as prescribed, and custom-made orthoses and/or shoe inserts associated with prescribed footwear.
The queensland health policy in respect of vaccination requirements is included in the request for quotation documents as compliance is an obligation under the proposed clinical service agreement.
