Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Passenger Air Charter Services.
Companies acting as Bidders shall meet the following minimum qualification requirements specified in Tender Documentation, including the following:
a) Bidder shall have the compliant registration as a legal entity and all appropriate licenses, permits, certificates or other documents that give right to provide services similar by nature to the subject of the Tender including valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC);

b) Bidder shall have an average annual turnover for the last 3 years to the amount of not less than USD 30, 000, 000 (Thirty million US Dollars);

c) Bidder shall have an experience in provision of international passenger charter flights services to at least 3 clients with a total budget of not less than 10, 000, 000 USD for the last 3 (three) years;

d) The Bidder shall have in its possession and operation a fleet of as minimum 10 (ten) aircrafts for executive charter services being not older than 5 (five) years since date of manufacture

e) The Bidder shall have as minimum the following aircraft models as part of the fleet:

-c At least 2 aircrafts of the following models: Bombardier Challenger 350 or Bombardier Challenger 605 or Dassault Falcon 2000EX; and

-c At least 2 aircrafts of the following models: Bombardier Global 6000 or Gulfstream G550, Dassault Falcon 7X;

f) Bidder shall be able to provide the requested flight charter services within 24 hours from receipt of Company request;

g) Bidder shall submit the compliant Bid Bond.
A full set of the Tender Documentation will be made available to the Bidders upon their submission of a written application along with sufficient information confirming that the Bidder meets the minimum qualification requirements listed above. Bidders applications prepared on their formal letterhead signed by an authorized person shall be delivered before 6:00 pm (Dubai Time) on March 7th, 2016, by e-mail to [email protected] and [email protected].
The Bidders written request for the Tender Documentation shall contain the following information:

-c Full name of company, mail address, telephone, fax, e-mail address, full name of contact person and their e-mail address.

Upon receipt of a written application as noted above, the COMPANY will send the Tender Documentation by e-mail to the Bidders email address, without any responsibility by the COMPANY for loss or late delivery.

Bidders shall make sure to deliver their Envelopes with Bids to the address specified in the Tender Documentation before 6:00 pm (Dubai Time) on March 15th, 2016.
