UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for the provision of Office Space rates Market Survey. The successful real estate agency will be required to conduct an office space market survey and produce a report showing comparable rents between current and upcoming office facilities in Lilongwe central business area and the current premises occupied by UNICEF Malawi.
