Description : United Nations Office at Nairobi (hereinafter refered to as UNON) on behalf of the United Nations Department of Security and Safety (UNDSS) is seeking to establish a 3-year Contract with a possibility of a 2-one year (1+1) extension with a qualified contractor for the provision of maintenance and repair of security doors, key cutting machines and duplication of keys at the UNON Gigiri Complex in Nairobi Kenya. Scope of work will cover the following: a. Maintenance of Key Cutting Machines: Maintain three key cutting machines quarterly and replace critical parts like cutters. b. Repair and maintain twelve high security Mul-T-Lock doors. c. Supply of key blanks and emergency lock cylinders The contractor shall provide comprehensive reports at the end of each task period. All EOI submissions should be sent via email, citing the EOI reference number and title in the subject line. IMPORTANT: Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders.
