Provision of leasing services for central printers of the building Α΄ & ΄΄ of the central service of the Ministry of Digital Governance The object of the contract is to cover the operational needs of the A & B building of the central service of the Ministry of Digital Governance, regarding the procedures for printing, copying and scanning documents. Specifically, the contract concerns the leasing of twenty one (21) central printers* (9 A3 black and white printers and 12 A3 color) (photocopying - scanning - printing), including the corresponding Cloud services for device management and maintenance/troubleshooting as well as the corresponding supply of consumables (graphites, waste containers, etc.) for period of thirty-six (36) months and with the right to purchase the equipment at the end of the relevant Contract. * By the word central printer or machine is meant a multi-machine that fulfills the functions of a photocopier, printer and scanner documents. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to purchase the equipment at the end of the Contract. The cost and terms of acquisition should be explicitly stated in the relevant financial offer and are binding on the Contractor.
