Tenders are invited for Provision of Land Rig for Oil Well Drilling Project.

All pre qualification documents should be submitted before 23rd Aug 2018 11:00 AM.

Scope of Work Zhen Hua Oil is to seek a company who have the qualified international professional experience and can carry out the international healthcare. The Scope Of Work covers the drilling & completion of 3 apprise well+6 development wells in EBS field block S1 using one (1) 1500HP Drilling Rigs on a Turnkey Basis for 1+1 years, including the supply of all services and equipment, consumables, materials and supplies (except the Long Lead Items i.e.: Conductor Pipe, Casing Pipe, Completion Tubing & Pup Joints, Wellheads & Christmas Trees - all of which shall be free issued by Company to Contractor: the fuel shall be issued by Company to Contractor at Contractor's cost). Contractor is required to provide all the services including the drilling rig, directional drilling tools &service, mud engineering services and mud & completion chemicals, cementing services, cement, cement additives, drill bits, down hole tools, coring service, casing run service together with necessary equipment, accessories and personnel required for the drilling and completion service. Parti: Participants should provide relevant pre-qualification documents according to the following requirements. ALL THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN ENGLISH: 1.General introduction of the participants * Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, scope of business etc.) and Qualification certificate 2. Professional qualification documents of the participants • Supporting documents on domestic or international authenticated professional qualifications 3. Introduction to the service capacity of the participants 4. Historical performance of participants company service in recent 5 years 5. Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third party professional audit agency in recent three years and Bank credit certificates 6. Other materials should be supplemented if needed 7. According to Iraqi Laws, the bidding winners should afford the fees for public announcement. And It will be deducted from the contract payment directly.
