Tender Details

The purpose of the contract is the commissioning, use, maintenance and training in the use of public procurement management and monitoring software. The number of users under access license is estimated at 7. However, given the expected duration of this market (120 months), this number is likely.able to evolve according to the needs of the contracting authority. Consequently, the presumed quantities indicated in the specifications are purely indicative and do not bind the administration in any way. Therefore, the successful bidder cannot claim any compensation in the event that the quantitiess presumed would not be achieved or would be exceeded. The acquisition of this software as well as its maintenance will be done via monthly, quarterly or half-yearly rental.
