Tenders are invited for Provision of IT Service Provider to Design, Develop, Implement, and Deploy FPC Digitalization System

Scope of work for the assignment

The IT service provider should have specialized in developing, testing, deploying, integrating, and maintaining end to end mobile and web application/system for data collection, analysis and reporting. The envisioned system should enable the ATI to replace the existing digital system. The scope of the work shall include the development of an end-to-end FPC digital system as per the technical and functional specification described below. The major services

are:

Develop a mobile application that will assisting in collecting data from the field.
Develop a web application that will.
Develop the system Integrate the modules of the system (mobile, database, web application, dashboard, and reports) as one and create one integrated FPC digitization system.
Deploying and provide a hosting service at their premise for a year.
The consultant is expected to deliver the following as part of this assignment: The main deliverables of the assignment are:

Refined the functional and non-functional requirements and analysis document.
The mobile application that is used to collect FPC data from clusters and can run on android devices with operating system 6 and above.
The web application that will be used to manage the system users and all activities related to crops, varieties, and other configurations.
Dashboard and reports including standard and custom reports, Interactive map to view clusters, alerts and crop status.
An end to end and integrated FPC digitization system/platform that have data collection, data storage, data validation, data processing, data visualization, and report modules based on the above data and functional requirements
Implemented the system in 30 ACC woredas.
Provided training for project staff on how to manage and administered the platform.
Provided the required support and user training to project staff on how to use the mobile and web application.
Provided ongoing technical support for the project team.
Regularly and timely updated FPC digitization system to incorporate additional data and functional requirements, identified commodities and new ACC woredas in the system to scale-up the system.
Regularly and timely updated the FPC digitization system such as standard dashboard and reports, data validation, administration, and web applications.
Provided the required support to federal, regional, and woreda level system users on how to use the dashboard and reports to collect data and send data to the central system, validate, and analyze the data, support the administration and user support
Provided post implementation support and maintenance.
Provided User manual and technical documentation.
Provided copies of the application software, including design specifications, system analysis, testing results as well as application source code files of the application to ATI.
