Tenders are invited for Provision of Integrated Management Services for Public Markets under the Management of IAM
The tender program and the specifications can be obtained, during working hours, at the IAM Office and Archive Center, located at Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, n.º 163, r/c, Macau, as well as being downloaded free of charge from the IAM website ( http://www.iam.gov.mo ). Bidders wishing to download the documents mentioned above also assume responsibility for consulting any updates and changes to the information on our website during the period of submission of proposals.
The deadline for submission of bids ends at 12:00 pm on September 5, 2022. Bidders or their representatives must deliver their bids and documents to the IAM Office of Expedient and Archive, and provide a provisional security deposit of according to the group they intend to compete for (see the following table for the amount). The provisional security may be provided in cash or a bank guarantee. If it is in cash, the deposit must be made at the Treasury of the Financial Affairs Division of the IAM or at the Banco Nacional Ultramarino de Macau, together with the deposit slip (in triplicate), and the aforementioned slip must also be delivered to the Treasury of the Financial Affairs Division of the Institute, after providing the security deposit, for the purpose of collecting the respective official receipt.
The public event of the competition will take place at the IAM Training and Documentation Division, located at Avenida da Praia Grande, n.º 804, China Plaza Building, 6th floor, Macau, at 10:00 am on the 6th September 2022.
