Provision of Independent Auditor services, in accordance with Management and Control System (MSC) Procedures Manual as it applies from time to time, for Confirmation of Achievement of Projects of the Recovery & Resilience Fund, related to the 9th payment request, implemented by the Information Society M.A.E. The object of the project is the provision of Independent Auditor services, in accordance with the provisions of Procedures D8 Audit by an Independent Auditor and D18 Project Completion of the Management and Control System (MSC) for Confirmation of Project Achievement linked to a Request for Payment of Milestone 9 of the Recovery & Resilience Fund implemented by the Information Society M.A.E., as analyzed in paragraph 2.2 hereof. The aim of the process is to confirm satisfactory achievement each Milestone and Goal associated with a payment request, including not holding back already achieved Milestones and Goals of the audited project/action, fraud and corruption prevention, non-conflict of interest, non-duplication financing of the same expenditure of the Actions and Projects of the Recovery and Resilience Fund and from another Fund or program of the Union and the compliance of the Actions and Projects with the principle of not causing significant damage and with the climate and digital targets, where required, based on the Regulation.
