Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified hotels for the Provision of Hotel Accommodation and Meeting Services for approximately 100 participants attending the Regional Worshop on Social Media and Disaster Management in Songdo, Incheon, Republic of Korea from 1-4 December 2015.
The requirements include:

1. Provision of Hotel Accommodation (Approximately 100 single rooms, checking in 30 November and checking out 5 December 2015)

2. Provision of Meeting Rooms and Meeting Facilities as per the following requirements:

- One meeting room for plenary session with appropriate size for 100 participants

- Three breakout rooms with appropriate sizes for 40, 30 and 30 people respectively

- Meeting rooms must be equipped with Audio Visual system and wifi internet access

3. Provision of International Buffet Lunch, Coffee Breaks and Dinner Reception (Halal and Vegetarian Menu choices must also be available)
