Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Hotel Accommodation and Conference Facilities
Specification: Accommodation and conference packages in the following districts: -Chikwawa, Blantyre, Phalombe, Mulanje, Zomba, Machmga, Mangodii, Lilongwe. Applicants should have all requirements as guided by the tourism sector and be registered with the Tourism Board.
Qualification Requirements
All interested Suppliers/Service providers wishing to be considered m the prequalification process should ensure they satisfy the criteria set out in the Prequalification document that an be requested from One Community as specified in item U) below.
Application Method
Eligible suppliers meeting all stated requirements are requested to:
(a) Request for prequalification document through email rfp@jhuccpmw.org or phone 0995 202 306 during working hours (08:00am -17:00 hours Monday through Friday)
b) Submit one application for each lot they are applying for. Applications should be presentable and neatly bound
(c) Submit their applications in sealed envelopes dearly marked *Pre-qualification Document` Lot No...........for.....................(Lot number and description)
