Tender description: Provision of Services of a Digital Marketing Agency for PLEASE Project Project Information: UNOPS has signed an MOU with an intergovernmental organization called SACEP (South Asia Cooperative Environment Program). SACEP is implementing the World Bank -funded PLEASE Project in South Asia. By the Agreement, UNOPS should provide implementation support and advice to SACEP in implementing the Plastic free Rivers & Seas for South Asia Project (PLEASE). Services required- UNOPS is looking for a qualified service provider that will support the PLEASE project through an extensive array of multimedia and communication services. These services are not limited to a single country but instead span across a significant portion of South Asia. The contract with the selected service provider is expected to start in mid-May and end in March 2025.
