Petrojam Limited hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Provision of General Building Maintenance at its facilities located at 75-96 Marcus Garvey Drive, Kingston 15 and St. James Terminal. The expected duration of the contract is two (2) years. The successful firm will be responsible for providing labour, materials (upon request), tools, equipment and transportation to carry out plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, roof and ceiling repair works on an “as needed” basis at is facility.
