The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), through its Global Programme on Crimes that Affect the Environment (GPCAE), supports Member States in combating environmental crime, including wildlife trafficking.In this context, UNODC is planning the 10th Wildlife Inter-Regional Enforcement (WIRE) Meeting, to be held in Nairobi, Kenya, in November 2026, bringing together approximately 120-150 participants from Africa and Asia.UNODC seeks to identify qualified and experienced service providers for comprehensive event management services.The selected service provider(s) will be expected to deliver a full-service event package, including but not limited to:A. Accommodation Services• Hotel accommodation arrangements for approximately 100 international participants• Conference venue within the same or nearby facilityB. Conference & Meeting Services• Fully equipped conference rooms for up to 150 participants• Breakout rooms and plenary facilities• Catering: lunches and coffee/tea breaksC.
