Tenders are invited for Provision of Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) for Qatar Rail.
Tender Fees: QAR 1000/-.
Tender Bond: QAR 175000/-.
1 Qatar Railways Company wishes to invite suitable and qualified companies to tender for providing Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS) confined to Eversuite/Everteam technology
2. Bidders should have relevant experience in providing EverSuite/Everteam EDMS solutions in the State of Qatar
3. The Bidder/Consultant shall supply, develop, configure, implement and provide support for EDMS

EDMS would be a common repository for all the corporate documents managed in (Qatar Rail)

The scope includes, but not limited to the followings
a. Licenses required for the implementation
b. Professional services required for the implementation of Everteam EDMS including digitalization (Backlog Scanning. OCR).
c. One year post implementation onsite support

5 Bidders can obtain the Tender documents from 6 February 2019 until 11 February 2019 from

the above website by fulfilling one of the following methods
