Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of an End-To-End Solution for Facilitation of a Remote Monitoring System (Rms) for Site Surveillance

The suppliers are expected to perform the following major activities during the engagement in a way that ensures optimal field operations, operational efficiency, cost optimization, improved equipment uptime and a minimum mean time to repair/respond.
Provide a system that will enable network operation engineers to remotely monitor and control the status of various equipment and environmental alarms on a base station
Provide a monitoring tool that will capture, analyse, alert for response/reaction and report data from the remote monitoring system for proactive monitoring.
Provide relevant analogue sensors that will enable the capturing and precise reporting of real time status and performance data at base station level, especially focused on energy management (Fuel, Solar & Wind, Generator, Battery Banks, Rectifiers, ATS etc), Security Management (Access Management, Remote Surveillance (Cameras) and Environmental Infra Monitoring.
Facilitate any necessary integrations with internal Safaricom Ethiopia tools used for purposes of network monitoring and operations.
