Quotation are invited for Provision of Editing & Designing of the Graduate & Undergraduate Catalogs for the Academic Year 2024 - 2025.
Scope of work:

• Apply updates received from the university over three different phases:

o Phase I: Major changes received from faculties (from November - January)

o Phase II: Review of phase I and minor changes received from faculties (February - March)

o Phase III: Last review for minor edits (April) - to be published in May.

• Review and edit content: Thoroughly review and edit the existing university catalogue content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation and consistency.

• Proofreading: Conduct comprehensive proofreading to eliminate any typographical errors, formatting issues, and inconsistencies.

• Implement university writing and formatting style consistently throughout the catalogue.

• Publish the catalogue in both PDF and HTML versions (needed accesses will be provided by AUB)
Submission requirements:

• Cover letter: A brief cover letter introducing the company, summarizing the qualifications and experience in similar projects and demonstrating an understanding of the university catalog and the scope of work requested.

• Company profile: Provide an overview of the company mainly in editing publications.

• References: contact information of two-three references.

• Proposed timeline within the above-mentioned dates: outline the proposed timeline for completing the project including key milestones.
