The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Regional Office for East Africa (UNODC ROEA) invites qualified interested firms to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming solicitation for the Provision of Consultancy Services for the Development User Requirementsion for the EACC Case Management System, Nairobi, Kenya. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) is mandated through Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme - under Programme for Legal Empowerment and Aid Delivery in Kenya - Phase II (PLEAD II)' aims to support the Government ofKenya to reinforce the rule of law, improve access to justice, increase efficiency and accountability in the justice system, and use technology as an enabler of justice. PLEAD's partnership with EACC to digitization journey that seeks to automate all the Organization's processes and its interactions with other Government agencies, partners and citizens at large with a view to improving the overall efficiency of the Organization. This Journey has led to the proposed automation of all the seven enforcement processes through the implementation of an Integrated Case Management System (iCMS).The ICMS system will automate seven (7) processes under the Commission's law enforcement mandate namely: - Complaints Management, Investigations, Legal Brief Management, Court Process, Chain of Custody, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Execution of Court Decrees The Scope of Services for the Development User Requirementsers to fully utilize available ICT resources.
