Provision of comprehensive landline telephony services The subject of the public procurement is the provision of comprehensive stationary IP telephony services for the client's needs at two locations (Tržaška cesta 19, Ljubljana and Dragomelj 116, Domžale). The public procurement includes establishment and management of the IP telephony system on the provider's infrastructure, including supply, installation and rental of IP telephone sets (basic, secretarial and portable), provision of broadband connectivity, call center services with agents and supervisors, automatic call dispatchers, call recording, e-fax service, softphone, relay points, analogue (PSTN) connections, usage monitoring application and unlimited calls to all telecommunications networks in Republic of Slovenia. The provider must also provide comprehensive equipment maintenance, technical support and on-call service with agreed response times (SLA) for the entire duration of the contract.
