The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of Closed User Group (CUG) telecommunications services for a period of two (2) years. Scope of Services The proposed CUG solution should: Enable seamless communication among INDECOM employees Facilitate cost-effective connectivity with external clients and stakeholders Support official corporate communication needs Provide competitive call and data rates within the group and to external networks Ensure reliable network coverage and service quality across Jamaica Contract Duration Two (2) years Current contract expires: June 1, 2026 Eligibility Requirements Bidders must submit the following documents: Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) Valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Registration Certificate under the category: Telecommunication Services or Information Technology Services Note: Failure to submit the required documents will result in disqualification.
