The United Nations Support Office in Haiti (UNSOH) intends to solicit Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors for the provision of carwash and cleaning services for its vehicle fleet located in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.The requirement covers approximately 129 vehicles, including light vehicles, trucks, ambulances, minibuses, and armored vehicles. The services will be required for an initial period of one (1) year at the sole discretion of the united nation, subject to satisfactory performance, availability of funds, and extension of mandate. UNSOH anticipates approximately one wash per vehicle per week, equivalent to around 516 washes per month. Services shall include:Exterior washingInterior cleaning (vacuuming, seats, carpets, glass, etc.)Engine bay cleaning (where required)Wheel cleaning and dryingAll services must be carried out at the contractor-s premises located within proximity of UNSOH HQ in Port-au-Prince.
