Tenders are invited for Provision of Brand and Communication Audit Services for Kenya Airports Authority

The Kenya Airports Authority invites sealed tenders for the provision of services, PROVISION OF BRAND AND COMMUNICATION AUDIT SERVICES FOR KENYA AIRPORTS AUTHORITY. 2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender (National Competitive) method using a standardized tender document. 3. The Tender shall be submitted in two envelopes, comprising of the following: i)Technical documents; and ii)Financial documents • FIN 1: Financial submission form • FIN 2: Price Schedule of Services Note: The technical documents shall not include any financial information required under the financial documents - in the event that you combine the technical and financial, your tender will be rejected 4. A firm will be selected under Quality and Cost Based (QCBS) method, in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015, a copy of which is found at the following website: www.ppra.go.ke. 5. A complete set of Tender documents are downloadable from the KAA supplier login screen using the link https://kaa.go.ke/corporate/procurement/ . Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. 6. Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded for free from the website (www.kaa.go.ke). Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to tenders@kaa.go.ke to facilitate any further clarification or addendum. 7. No other communication channel shall be used except through this email address tenders@kaa.go.ke. 8. All Tenders must be accompanied by a tender security of Kshs. 160, 000.00 valid for 156 days from the date of tender opening/closing as provided in the tender data sheet and section 3 of the tender document on evaluation.
