The pre-qualification documents should among other things include; Detailed Company Profile overview of the company and key staff plus major tasks performed, company premises, share holders, directors, bankers, power of attorney and contact details, MRA Tax payer Identification, VAT and EFD Registration certificates, ODPP Registration Certificate, Registration Certificate or Certificate of Incorporation, Evidence from previous clients other than KTPI./PTTL that may provide confirmation

if contacted by the Procuring Entity, List of Compelling contracts/orders successfully executed in the last three years, indicating name of client, contract amount, contract period and description of goods/service /works supplied supported by LPOs and /or Contracts, Current Applicable Membership of NCIC, MACRA or MERA In relevant categories, Proposed delivery and payment terms, Signed application letter for prequalification, Clearly indicate, on the envelope Lot or Category of the preferred Item. Pre-qualification will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the company`s Procurement Policy, Regulations and Supplier Code of Conduct.
