The Contractor shall provide Armoured Courier Services for the Urban Development Corporation (UDC) and UDC-operated properties located across the counties of Cornwall, Middlesex, and Surrey. The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the following: a. The safe and secure transportation of cash, valuables, and other designated assets; b. The timely collection, transportation, and delivery of all assigned consignments; c. The movement of cash and other valuables between UDC offices, UDC-operated properties, financial institutions, and any other locations authorized by the Corporation.
