The technical requirements are two Frequentis FTS3020 type dispatch centers owned and operated by MAV Zrt., one Quorum node and the center's connection to the systemrefer to Frequentis-type dispatcher terminal equipment and the software installed in the dispatcher system. The winning tenderer is responsible for providing the support tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the named subsystems and their components.

Two Frequentis FTS3020 type dispatch centers and their system components, one Quoproviding support in relation to the rum node and the 210 Frequentis type dispatch terminals connected to the center (software support, configuration management, providing support services, error analysis, remote configuration support). The ext. installed in the GSM-R 1. dispatch systemhardware support resulting from the hardware support life cycle of integrated switch system components from this supplier, support of tasks related to hardware modification according to the SLA values defined in the contract for a period of 36 months from the signing of the contract.
