The subject of the order is the provision of patent attorney services in the field of conducting new and continuing ongoing patent proceedings before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (UPRP) and offices patents outside the country, for inventions filed under the national, international PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) and European EPO (European Patent Office) procedures for University of Gdańsk, hereinafter referred to as the "service". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - description of the subject orders. 4.
