Tender Details

The subject of the order is the provision of services in the field of organizational and technical support and security of the international industry fair DUAL-USE & DEFENCE Bydgoszcz 2026 taking place on October 6-7, 2026 (hereinafter: Event), organized by the Ordering Party. As part of the execution of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to perform the following tasks: 1) servicing the conference area, 2) providing simultaneous Polish-English and English-Polish translation, 3) organizing and providing service Trade Fair Office, 4) organizing and providing cloakroom service for Event participants, 5) providing cleaning services, 6) ensuring Event security, 7) providing medical support for the Event, 8) providing fire protection services (sec.). A detailed description of the tasks responsibilities of the Contractor is indicated in the SOPZ constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
