Start date: 08-20-2026 End date: 0000-00-00 Ministry of Transport Announcement of a tender to provide plastic driving licences The need for transport directorates in the governorates The Ministry of Transport announces the holding of a tender to provide plastic driving licenses for transportation directorates in the governorates, in accordance with the law No. 51 of 2004, which includes the Unified Contracts Law and the Book of General Conditions issued by Decree No. 450 of 2004, as well as books of legal, financial, and technical conditions that can be obtained from the Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Transport, located on Al Hamra Street, the Public Transport Corporation building. Road, second floor, for an amount of 10, 000 SYP only, ten thousand Syrian pounds in the new currency, paid to the account of the central treasury according to the following: Initial insurance / 1, 000, 000 / SYP only, one million Syrian pounds in the new currency only Final insurance is 10% (ten percent) of the value Referral The late penalty is 0.1% (one per thousand) for each day of delay of the contract value, with a maximum of 20% of the total contract value.
