Tender Details

The general objective of the project is to provide gender-appropriate socio-economic reintegration support and create decent employment opportunities for 700 returned migrants in Addis Ababa City Administration. The project will support returned migrants establish a sustainable livelihood, through self-employment, by providing entrepreneurship skills training using the ILO Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) tool, financial education training using the ILO FE training tool for potential and returned migrants and life skills training to enhance the personal and professional development of beneficiaries.Hence, the project will have the following outcomes: Entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills of 700 returned migrants are strengthened; 700 returned migrants have attitudinal change and the motivation to engage on income generating activity; 700 returned migrants have developed a viable business plan; At least 70% of trainees have established a sustainable business.
