The subject of the public order is "Provision of digital mobile telephone service and reservation with a high level of security and flexibility of data exchange". The subject of the public procurement includes the provision of a digital mobile phone connection under GSM/UMTS/CDMA/HSPA/LTE/5G standard, together with a certain package of additional voice and other services, enabling the implementation of mobile communications in the operator's network, as well as connections to other mobile and fixed networks on the territory of the Republic Bulgaria. The scope of the order also includes services for ensuring reservation with a high level of security and flexibility of data exchange from and to "Bulgarian Post" EAD.
