Tender Details

1. The subject of the basic order is the provision of services consisting in providing access to sports and recreation facilities for employees of the Municipal Office in Gdańsk and accompanying persons. The basic form of access should be by name plastic cards secured with a chip or magnetic stripe. The Ordering Party also allows for the possibility of providing an alternative form of verification of entries to sports and recreation facilities in the form of a mobile application.2. Order completion date basic: 12 months3. The implementation of the Program (subscription month) will begin on November 1, 2026. If the option right is exercised beyond the term of the basic order contract, the term of provision of services may be extended. maximum until October 31, 2029.
