Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provide Furniture for Romdoul Center

he CCF-s Romdoul Centre, located in Prek Kampeus village, Khan Dangkor, Kandal Province, along the national
road #2, it is about 5 kilometers from Takhmao town, is planned to support all victims of sexual assault and will
set the standard in care for victims of rape and abuse in Cambodia and as such the facility will also be a hub for
training, utilizing the CPU-s global network of child crime specialists mainly from Australia and the UK.
CCF is currently looking for potential companies to provide FURNITURE for ROMDOUL CENTER. The Invitation
for Bid (IFB) consists of this cover page, step and the following Annexes below;
I. Bidder-s Qualifications
The bidder shall fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for bid submission;
- Valid registration as a registered company

II. Bidding Process:
1) The deadline for bid submission is by 12:00 PM, Monday, 19th February 2024, with a sealed and
secured envelope sent to the address below.

2) The sealed bids will be opened internally on the same day by the CCF procurement committee at
2:00 pm.
3) Evaluation will be undertaken on a pass/fail basis, and the bidder submitting the most competitive,
substantially responsive bid shall be the one recommended for the award of the contract or
negotiation. CCF reserves the right to further negotiate with the pre-selected company to ensure
the cost taken into account of the valued engineering.
4) The bid shall remain valid 30 days after the Deadline for Submission.
