Description
The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required for the demolition of one roll up door and upgrade manual chain mechanism to electric motor ran openers for the Hobby shop building on USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23703 per the attached Statement of Work.
All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify any/all quantities and sizes before submitting bids. Interested parties shall make arrangements for a site visit with Nathan Chappell (804-384-8066) [email protected]. All site visits are to be prearranged a minimum of (3) days in advance. To arrange a site visit, the following information is to be provided Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN. Each contractor that does not have Real ID on their Driver licenses will need to present one of the following credentials:
