Tender Details

For the current project "New Floridsdorf DOSTO maintenance hall", various work on the outer facade including windows, as well as a new roof on the new maintenance hall to be built, must be carried out using this procedure in the period from the end of 2024 to the end of 2025. In 2026 sind the remaining work is announced.

These include the following services:

- Roof of the repair hall as an industrial photovoltaic green roof (roof structure: trapezoidal sheet acoustic profiles with bead filler, vapor barrier, insulation,

plastic roof sealing, extensive green roof and PV substructure)

-Roof above the warehouse of the company building on reinforced concrete ceiling (roof structure: vapor barrier, insulation, plastic roof sealing and extensive

green roof)

- Roof on the company building on reinforced concrete ceiling or wooden element ceiling (office area) with roof guardrail (roof structure: vapor barrier, insulationand

plastic roof sealing)

- Covering the cold hall/cold storage with trapezoidal sheet metal covering with brackets for PV elements and cable safety system

Plumbing work such as parapet flashings, gutters, downpipes etc

- Roof skylights as strip lights and skylight domes, some with RWA etcnd/ or ventilation function

- Facade of the repair hall and the company building as a double-shell, rear-ventilated external wall construction (C-cassette, insulation, air layer,

curtain wall) in partial areas with flush-mounted facade greenery and prepared in some areas for flush-mounted facades...
