Item1: ( 918 - 71 ) The Virgin Islands Department of Labor (VIDOL) is seeking proposals from vendors to perform project management services for the USDOL ARPA IT modernization grant. The agency has been awarded funds to implement six projects that will modernize the Virgin Islands Unemployment Insurance case management application (VIDOLA$) with updating software, build out of cloud based modules to enhance functionality, re-factoring of current Oracle Forms transactional system, migration of current framework to a cloud based environment, enhancement to current online claims portal, that will provide updated functionality and develop modern user interface for end users (internal and the external customers).
