As part of its sports expertise, Troyes Champagne Métropole promotes the development of sports areas. As such, the Urban Community is ensuring the reconstruction of the main field of the Aube stadium located 42 avenue Robert Schumann in Troyes. The latter hosts the championship matches of the Troyes ESTAC football team. The main pitch was reconstructed in 2012/2013. It is equipped with a drainage network, an integrated watering network and a network heating. It is also equipped with an elaborate substrate such as synthetic microfibers / cork granules / micro sand. The land presents numerous disorders linked to its dilapidation. It is therefore necessary now to rebuild the lawn constituting the playing area and its surroundings (the safety zone and technical zones). As such, the contract holder will be entrusted with the following missions: DIAG, AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, OPC, AOR. In addition, the candidate will be entrusted with 5 missions complementary. In application of articles L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is not allocated. Indeed, its purpose does not allow the identification of distinct services. The public market is broken down into 8 phases defined article 3.2.3 of the RC. This public project management contract will be concluded in the form of an ordinary contract and will be treated at provisional prices. The validity period of this contract runs from its date of notification until the end of any obligation arising from the work package(s) (warranty period included). The execution deadlines will be set in Article E2 of the AE. A site visit is obligatory (see article 3-4 of the RC). Sector of activity: Project management
