The Division of Human Resources (MTHR) of the Department of Management of the IAEA is launching a project to comprehensively transform its organizational settings. The goal of the Project is to implement a Strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) model where the MTHR Division is perceived as a modern, customer-oriented and solutions-provided HRM function. This involves strengthening customer orientation, de-siloing functional settings, streamlining HR operations and internal business processes, and changing the organizational culture.
