BACKGROUND Mikkel's development company Miksei Oy implements the Development of Sustainable Tourism project from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. The goal of the project is to support companies in the Mikkeli region's tourism industry in developing their business, taking into account the responsibility requirements, and to strengthen the companies' competitiveness in a changing operating environment. During the project, the companies will be offered expert support, training and sparring, which will enable them to develop their services to be more responsible and competitive and meet the international requirements of sustainable tourism and the growing expectations of consumers. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT With this tender, the design and implementation of a customized productization training package aimed at companies in the tourism industry will be procured. The training package includes a common training portion for around 20 companies as well as company-specific training tailored to the companies' needs, for which no more than five (5) companies are selected based on applications. The goal of the training is to strengthen the companies' productization skills and develop concrete travel products and service packages aimed at the B2C market (domestic).
