The object of this contract is the preparation of the required studies for the creation of a Tourist Boat Shelter in the Port of Nea Michaniona.
The capacity of the shelter will be of the order of 300 pleasure boats of various sizes, including boats in the megayac categoryht (including luxury yachts over 24m long). The shelter will have all the necessary infrastructure to fully service the boats and their passengers. Also, according to the current legislation, in the terrestrial zone of the refuge, the construction of building facilities is foreseen to supportof its operation (administrative office, dining areas, sanitary areas, etc.), with a total area of ​​250m2. Therefore, for the licensing by the competent Services and subsequently the construction of the project, it is necessary to prepare the following studies, which are respectively divided into two phases:
