Tender Details

The project is funded by the Budget Fund for Recovery and Resistance (hereinafter referred to as: Noo Fund) in accordance with fiscal regulations. The call for proposals is carried out within the framework of the recovery and resistance mechanism, which is the financial support of the European Union to accelerate the implementation of sustainable reforms and investments, as followed by Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 on the establishment of a mechanism for Recovery and resistance (OJ L 057 of 18 February 2021), last repaired (OJ L 410 of 18 November 2021). The basis for the implementation of the mechanism is a recovery plan and resilience, which is confirmed by the Council implementation decision on the approval of a plan for recovery and resistance for Slovenia. The call for proposals is an investment of C.
