Production and delivery of advertising textile souvenirs for the needs of "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" Medical University - Varna The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for the production and delivery of advertising textile souvenirs (also called "goods") for the needs of the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna, according to the technical specification (Appendix No. 1). The order includes periodic deliveries of previously requested and specified by the Contracting Authority by type, technical data, configuration and quantities of goods, as well as the implementation of personalization on textile souvenirs purchased by the Employer. The present public procurement is reserved in the sense of art. 12, para. 2 of the ZOP and is intended for assignment to participants under Art. 12, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code, so as its subject includes supplies of goods from the List of goods and services in accordance with the General Glossary of Terms, adopted by RMS No. 591/18.07.2016. When the participants are specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities, they must meet the conditions in art. 12, para. 5 and para. 6 of the ZOP. Other interested parties may also participate in the public procurement, but their bids are considered only if no bids of the persons under Art. 12, para. 1 of the ZOP.
