Description: In the context of a public procurement procedure following a call for tenders, the Contracting Authority intends to procure the required X-ray contrast agents in 10 lots one year from the entry into force of the contract.

The delivery of the product to the place of performance indicated by the Contracting Authority and its unloading from the means of transport shall be part of the contractual performance of the contracting party as the contractor.

The shelf life of the products at the time of performance must be at least 1 year from the date of performance.
