The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office-South Cotabato (DARPO-SOCOT), through the CY 2018 Climate Resilient Farm Productivity Support Project (CRFPSP) intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Five Hundred and 02/100 Pesos (Php 2, 162, 500.02) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for each lot/item for Procurement of Various Farm Machineries and Equipment for Climate Resilient Farm Productivity Support Project (CRFPSP) 2018 in the Province South Cotabato, broken down as follows:

The DARPO-SOCOT will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on September 12, 2018, 1:30 P.M at RML Bldg. Ledesma Compound, Jose Abad Santos St., Koronadal City, South Cotabato, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before September 24, 2018, 12:00 P.M. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.
Bid opening shall be on September 24, 2018, 1:30 P.M. at RML Bldg. Ledesma Compound, Jose Abad Santos St., Koronadal City, South Cotabato. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
