Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
ONE SET SCUBA DIVING EQUIPMENT AND WATER ASSET
1) The Municipality of Manay, through the ANNUAL BUDGET of CY 2026 UNDER THE MDRRM FUND intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the lot 1, Supply and Delivery of TWO set Scuba diving(Mask, Snorkel, Regulator, Octopus, BCD, Vaddragt,, Finner, Shorty Vaddragt, Ccomputer Konsol, Stevler, Handsker) and 2 pcs Oxygen Tank with Project Identification No. 101-2026-05-08G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
